CAREFUL DESIGN AND QUALITY FINISHING MATERIALS
The removable front cover provides convenient access to the blind’s structural components during assembly. It comes with a specially profiled plaster carrier, which allows the cassette to be hidden under insulation.
Aluminium extrusion profile is the main load-bearing element of the blind. It has strategically located mounting points for mounting the cassette using dowels (top and back assembly) or anchors.
With a dedicated chamber in the support profile, hammer nut allows for easy installation of the head rail brackets and stabilising brackets without obstructing the blind’s mechanisms.

Aluminium guides made in two sizes: 95 or 110 mm and a 20 mm modular spacer make the blinds compatible with any insulation system. Integrated with the guide, flexible insert ensures smooth running of the package as well as easy assembly and disassembly of the blind during service and maintenance procedures.

The SOLIDBOX cassette comes in three heights: 220, 270 and 320 mm and one depth of 150 mm. Cassette size depends on the size of the packet of slats.
The main supporting element of the blind is the aluminium profile manufactured by extrusion. It allows mounting the cassette onto the front or top of the lintel using dowels. In the upper part of the supporting profile there are strategically located points for mounting the cassette using anchor bolts. Assembly anchor bolts guarantee stable connection between the cassette and the lintel while maintaining ease of assembly.
SOLIDBOX external venetian blinds are offered in a rich collection of colours for boxes and aluminium slats as standard. The collection features colours reflecting current architectural trends: basalt grey, textured anthracite, black as well as wood-like patterns, which allows to match the colour of the blinds with any type of joinery or facade. It is also possible to order the blind in a less usual colour from the RAL colour palette (excluding pearly, metallic and fluorescent ones). In order to better integrate the blind with the facade, ANWIS enables painting the internal surfaces of the front and side covers of the cassette.
