Anwis sp. z o.o. takes appropriate measures to ensure the protection of Users' personal data.
 

User - any natural person using the ANWIS.PL website or services available through the website;
Personal Data - means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person by means of one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social characteristics, including image, voice recording, contact details, location data, information contained in correspondence, information collected by means of recording devices or other similar technology. 
RODO - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

Data sent by the browser, i.e. data that is necessary for technical reasons to display the website and to ensure its stable and secure operation, is collected in connection with Users' visits to the website for information purposes.
In the above situation, data may also be collected for the development and improvement of the website and its adaptation to the needs of Users. This may include data identifying the number of Users who have visited the website, how they have followed the website and what issues or products the Users were interested in.
The data collected may include, but is not limited to: IP address, parameters of the software and hardware used by the User, mobile device identification number and other data on devices and use of systems.

ANWIS SP. Z O.O. collects personal data of Users who contact ANWIS SP. Z O.O. through the use of available tools, including the contact form available on the ANWIS.PL website. The data collected in this way is processed in order to respond to the message sent by the User.
The data collected may include: first name, town/city, e-mail address, telephone number.
 

The aforementioned data are processed on the basis of:
- Article 6(1)(a) RODO - the data subject has consented to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specified purposes;
 

ANWIS SP. Z O.O. informs that in the case when processing is based on the User's consent, providing personal data is voluntary. The User has the right to refuse to provide personal data, however, this may result in the inability to use certain functionalities of the Website.
The User has the right to withdraw his/her previously given consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing that was regulated before its withdrawal.
ANWIS.PL website users also have the right to:
- access their personal data and to obtain a copy thereof,
- rectify (amend) their personal data,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if they consider that their personal data is being processed contrary to the regulations on personal data protection.
Based on the principles set out in the body of the RODO or other data protection legislation and the cases specified in such legislation, the User also has the right to:

- restrict the processing of his/her personal data,
- erasure of personal data,
- transfer of personal data.

Your personal data will be processed during the following periods:
- data processed on the basis of consent: until consent is withdrawn. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was regulated before the withdrawal.
- in the case of cookies, data is stored until the cookie in question expires or is deleted by the user.
 

ANWIS SP. Z O.O. informs that during the use of the Website, short information, in particular text files called "cookies", are stored on the end User's device. "Cookies" contain such IT data as: the User's IP address, the domain of the Service from which such files originate, the period of storage on the end User's device, the recording of device parameters and statistics, as well as a unique number. "Cookies" are directed to the server of the Website via the web browser installed in the end user's device.
Cookies and similar technologies are not used to identify the User and the User's identity is not established from them. It is only when combined with other unique identifiers or other personally identifiable information that cookies and similar technologies may constitute personal data.

If the content of the Privacy Policy changes, the update date indicated at the end of the document will change. ANWIS SP. Z O.O. recommends that Users regularly read the provisions of the Privacy Policy.
