40 years of experience as well as the high quality of our products have made us a leader in the industry.

1979

Mr Antoni Wiśniewski launches his first business enterprise introducing the Anwis brand to the market. The first products on offer were horizontal blinds.

1979 – 1983

Anwis stregthens its position as the manufacturer of finished goods fitted with sun-protection systems. The company starts producing components and becomes their supplier.

1989

The year marked by signing the first export contract, which will pave the way for building the company’s strong position in foreign markets.

1995 – 2006

The company starts manufacturing external sun-protection systems at the same time launching new products designed for interiors like: Iso Design venetian blind (1996), Venus venetian blind (2001), Fantazja roller blind (2004) and Impresja roller blind (2006) also known as "Day and Night".

2008

New manufacturing line for production of external venetian blinds becomes operational.

2009

Anwis changes the company logo; new office buildings are built.

2012

Transformation of the company from a general partnership into a limited liability company.                                

2014

ARX – investment fund becomes the new owner of the company.

2015

Expansion of Anwis products into German and Dutch markets.

2016

Anwis purchases area for future expansion of the company.

2017

The launch of new products from the internal sun-protection portfolio – the roman blind and Rings and Flex curtains.

2018 - 2019

Anwis launches two innovative products – Evie pleated blind and a two-way Juun aluminium blind.

2019

WAREMA Group becomes the owner 100% shares in ANWIS Sp. z o.o., thanks to which ANWIS joins one of the world leaders in the segment innovative shading systems.
